HIIT Traditional Clinics
These clinics are designed for the player learning to develop a stronger foundation to their skating game. It focuses more on stride mechanics, fundamental inside and outside edge-work, skating transitions, and power. These clinics are generally recommended for those that have not had the HIIT Hockey TX experience or for those wanting to perfect their current game. Clinics are designed to be a 1 or 2 hour session no more than once or twice a week.

Players can sign up for Session 1, Session 2, or both sessions.

Each session will consist of:

Review the technical aspects of the "perfect stride"

Review the technical aspects of the player's acceleration and how to improve their explosiveness

Building the foundation of precision inside & outside edge-work

Graduating to more advanced techincal unorthodox Swedish based edge-work drills

Power-skating that focuses on enhancing a player's lower body and core strength

High Intensity Interval Training Conditioning

2.5 total hours of ice time

Cost is $75.00 per 2.5 hour session​

HIIT Elite Clinics
Elite clinics are designed for those that have graduated from the Traditional session or for players at the tournament, travel A, AA, AAA or higher levels. Players enter the clinic with a strong skating foundation and are ready to take on extreme power skating and edge-work exercises. Expect to experience the latest in Sweden's skating development training. These clinics are fast-paced and high tempo. Clinics are designed to be a 1 or 2 hour session no more than once or twice a week.
