Our mission is to provide elite-level instruction using global influences that are tailored to the individual player to develop the complete athlete. Players are provided real-time on-ice feedback as well as video analysis to identify areas of strength and to help set achievable goals for developing consistent success. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a method we commonly incorporate in our sessions and it involves alternating short periods of intense exercise followed by periods of passive or active recovery. This method better simulates game-style situations and optimizes player performance and success. HIIT Hockey TX also strongly believes in the benefits of off-ice training  and nutrition as a major component to our complete athlete development program. These three factors are considered our STANDARD in creating the superior athlete.
